A person holding the hand of another person to show comfort

Individual Therapy

I welcome you to explore this space where you can learn to practice slowness, tenderness, and kindness with yourself during difficult times.  Where you can sit with radical honesty, difficult emotions, and accountability. A space to assuage your fears and pain. A space to befriend the pain and not run from it but hold it. A place to learn to fully accept yourself. All the parts. Even the parts that you have neglected, shamed, criticized, and hidden from yourself and others. A space to rediscover and connect with worthiness and radical self-love. A space to learn to feel safe in your body again.

Individual sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session
